Well-grounded with two decades of experience, Vijay specialised in Global Workforce Management, Human Capital Strategies, Redesigning of HR processes/improvisations taking advantage of the Lean Six Sigma and ISO Standardisation tools, implementation of the complex HR ERP projects and so on for target accomplishment and employee brand building.

The innovative idea of HR PMO essentially resulted in the evolution of HR operations with performance excellence and customer satisfaction. He’s imprinted his signatures in the industries like Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), Family-Owned Business Conglomerates, Consulting, Manufacturing, Retail, IT, Hospital and Consumer Durables sectors.

Vijay has completed his Bachelor’s in Business Management from the University of Mysuru with a 6 th Rank and has also received numerous scholarships during his Post-Graduate Diploma years in Human Resources from the Indus Business Academy (IBA), Bengaluru.
