Maddikera Anantha Krishna is a Consultant – Organisational Performance at GatewaysGlobal. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Cochin. His experience includes working with platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, and Saral PayPack to support Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Performance Management initiatives.
