M R Rajesh Kumar brings over three decades of multi-industry experience in academics, hospitality, consulting, and manufacturing business segments in India, Qatar, China, Vietnam & Sri Lanka.  He has been consulting some of the most successful business families for establishing a family governance system and perpetuity.

Rajesh is an alumnus and guest faculty of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad). He is a Mentor Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching (IECL) – Australia. His coaching clientele is spread across the world. He is also a Certified Family Business Facilitator from the Indian School of Business (ISB- Hyderabad, India). This solidified his expertise in supporting and professionalizing Family Businesses to ensure their longevity and success. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he has extensive experience in coaching leaders, developing leadership capability, and advising family businesses across diverse industries.
