Being an HR professional for more than 10+ years, Krishna got well versed in handling different functions of HR in family run manufacturing businesses. Being multi-lingual, Krishna worked across the southern states of India handling multi cultured people. Working along with professionals, he had implemented and stabilised the HR processes and systems. Krishna worked on platforms like SAP, Success Factors, Darwin Box and Saral Pay Pack for handling Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Performance Management.
Krishna completed his Bachelor’s in Electric and Electronic Engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Hyderabad and Master’s in Human Resources Management from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Cochin and received the ‘best outgoing’ student of the year award as well as KMA Young Manager Award, Kerala.
