Mr. Sales is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, who has over three decades of experience in family owned and managed businesses.

Having served as a CFO, he has vast experience in areas like capital budgeting, acquisitions and mergers, Financial Strategy & Integration, Finance process development and risk mitigation etc.

He brings a unique combination of expertise and insights to the table advising established enterprises and start-ups on finance structuring , transforming finance processes, fund raising and capital restructuring to disrupt their industries.
